1. Participation & Safety

  • The minimum age to drive a quad is 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license (category B or equivalent – digital or photo version accepted).
  • Each quad is limited to a maximum of 2 people, with a total weight limit of 235 kg per vehicle.
  • Children are accepted from 5 years old and must ride as passengers accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Participation is also not recommended for elderly persons or those with specific health conditions.
  • Our guides provide a full safety briefing before each departure. Strict adherence to safety instructions is required. Any participant not complying may be excluded from the activity without a refund.

2. Equipment & Clothing

  • Wearing a certified helmet is mandatory (provided with a hygienic disposable liner).
  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety.
  • No additional equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.) is provided. You are welcome to bring your own.

3. Weather Conditions & Cancellations by ATV Moorea Tours

  • In the event of poor weather conditions or for safety reasons, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the tour.
  • If the tour is cancelled by us, no fee will be charged, and a refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Booking & Payment

  • For all direct bookings, advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • (Payment can be made via secure link, credit card, or another agreed method).
  • Reservations without payment are not considered confirmed.

5. Cancellation Policy – Direct Clients

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour.
  • 50% of the total amount charged for cancellations between 72h and 48h before the tour.
  • 100% of the amount charged for cancellations made less than 48h before the tour or in case of no-show.

6. Responsibility & Behavior

  • Each participant is responsible for their driving and for the equipment provided.
  • In the event of deliberate damage or proven negligence, repair costs may be charged.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse access to any person:
    • who does not comply with safety instructions
    • under the influence of alcohol or substances
    • or presenting a danger to themselves or others
